DESCRIPTION: Assignment agreements are often used by real estate investors to transfer one party’s rights and obligations under an existing real estate agreement to another party for a FEE! Assignment agreements don’t involve transferring or selling the real property directly like a purchase agreement. They can be tricky and this webcast will identify some of those risks.
