Making the choice to participate as a sponsor with the American Escrow Association, acknowledges dedication to enhancing professionalism, recognizes commitment to education, and identifies an obligation to promote excellence in the settlement industry.

The industry is evolving daily and becoming a partner in providing education to settlement agents across the country, contributing to the continued training of all members of the American Escrow Association. More importantly, this helps employees attain a greater level of knowledge, provide exceptional customer service to consumers, and allows them to use these tools to help make your business even more successful.

Choosing to become a Platinum, Gold, or Silver Annual Education Partner, this demonstrates to employees how much they are supported, as well as providing significant exposure and continued recognition to your company.  A portion of the sponsorship funds go towards our Annual Education Conference and the remaining funds go towards AEA-sponsored educational events, such as webinars, publications, and newsletters.  This allows maximum exposure to your company and recognition throughout the sponsorship year.

Annual Education Partner Sponsorship benefits

• National recognition on the home page on the AEA website including a hyperlink to sponsors’ website
• Special acknowledgment in our Annual Education Conference materials*

• Invitation to the Cocktail Reception held at the Annual Education Conference*

Platinum Level Education Partner – $6,000

At the platinum level, the following benefits included are in addition to the Annual Education Partner Sponsorship benefits listed:

• Annual Education Conference sponsorship of two (2) education sessions* – ($1,000 value)
• One exhibitor booth at the Annual Education Conference* – ($1,500 value)
• Twelve (12) months of website advertising on the AEA website with quarterly ad updates. ($1,000 value)
• Full page ad in the Annual Education Conference workbook* – ($750 value)
• Special acknowledgment as a Platinum Level Education Partner at all AEA sponsored events, webinars, publications, and newsletters. 

Gold Level Education Partner – $3,500

At the gold level, the following benefits included are in addition to the Annual Education Partner Sponsorship benefits listed:

• Annual Education Conference sponsorship of two (2) education sessions* – ($1,000 value)
• Six (6) months of website advertising on the AEA website with quarterly ad updates. ($600 value)
• Half-page ad in the Annual Education Conference workbook* – ($500 value)
• Special acknowledgment as a Gold Level Education Partner at all AEA-sponsored events, webinars, publications, and newsletters. 

Silver Level Education Partner – $2,000

At the silver level, the following benefits included are in addition to the Annual Education Partner Sponsorship benefits listed:

• Annual Education Conference sponsorship of one (1) education session* – ($500 value)
• Half-page ad in the Annual Education Conference workbook* – ($500 value)
• Special acknowledgment as a Silver Level Education Partner at all AEA-sponsored events, webinars, publications, and newsletters.

The term of Partner Sponsorship will begin 30 days after receipt of funds.  Notification of the date of commencement will be delivered to the email address of record. 

*Applies to AEA Annual Education Conference occurring within the term of sponsorship only.
