Women-focused groups across the title industry are growing rapidly, creating new spaces for connection, mentorship, and leadership development. This session explores why these groups are emerging now, the benefits of participating, and the value they bring to both individuals and organizations.  The discussion will highlight how these groups are fostering professional growth, strengthening networks, and driving positive cultural change across the industry. While briefly touching on how such groups get started, the session will primarily focus on engaging with and maximizing the many strong communities already in place.
