2026 AEA Annual Education Conference: Session 6
June 13th 1:40 PM – 2:10 PM
Presentation
Session Highlights
The True Value of Title and Escrow
Title insurance and escrow play a critical role in protecting property rights, ensuring accurate transfer of ownership, and safeguarding consumers during one of the largest financial transactions of their lives. Yet the true value of these services is often misunderstood—or overlooked—until something goes wrong. This session will help attendees clearly understand the value they bring to every transaction and provide practical strategies for articulating that value to consumers, real estate professionals, and other stakeholders.
