Be sure to attend the Welcome Orientation on Friday, June 12, at 11:00 a.m., immediately following the Candidates Brunch. You’ll have the opportunity to meet Board members and learn more about AEA, including conference events and activities.
Cancellation, Refund & Discount Policy
Cancellation, Refund & Discount Policy Full refunds are available for cancellations made on or before April 30, 2026. A 75% cancellation fee applies after this date. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after May 31, 2026. Early registration and membership discounts apply only at initial registration, require active membership verification, and cannot be applied retroactively or refunded.
